REGISTER / LOGIN
If this is your first time ordering, you will need to register for an account.
To start an order, begin by logging in to your account. Anything you put in your cart will be there until you delete it or complete your order, so
you don't have to worry about losing any items you had your eye on.
SHOP/ VIEW CART
Browse the catalog and add items to your cart. You can view your cart any time by clicking on "view cart" from the top menu bar.
CHECKOUT
Enter your billing & shipping information and continue. Choose your shipping option next, then you will choose your form of payment and enter any coupon codes.
COUPONS
If you have a coupon code, you will need to enter it at the end of checkout, before finalizing your order.
**Remember to review your order for accuracy before completing the checkout process.**
SHIPPING
We ship via USPS First Class Mail and offer FREE shipping on orders of $75 or more for orders shipping in the continental U.S. You do not need a special code to get FREE shipping for orders over $75, the system will figure that automatically. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout, and since the computer doesn't seem to do this step correctly all the time, we will adjust all orders shipping in the U.S. to our LOW shipping rates:
Orders up to $25.00 = $2.95
$25.01-$50.00 = $4.95
$50.01-$75.00 = $6.95
$75.01 & over = FREE
Order
totals are calculated on final price, after any discounts or coupons
have been figured in. Low international shipping rates are also
available.
International shipping is available, and those rates will also be reduced. Make a note in the comments section of your order if you require a shipping quote before we send your order.
ACCOUNT INFO
To change your email, street address, phone number, password or view your order history simply log in to your account and choose My Account from the menu bar.
