This bubble kit features an oval (for stamps or photos), an outer oval ring, a bubble dome and a wall hanger to create a gorgeous work of art or frame your cherished photos. Made of sturdy bookboard, this frame is strong yet thin and can be inked, painted, stamped, embossed or covered in Piccolo Enamel Powders or 3D Enamel Gels. The mini bubble will accommodate wallet size photos.
